This Glazed Salmon Power Bowl is a balanced, high-protein meal packed with fresh flavours, healthy fats, and satisfying crunch. Perfect for lunch or dinner when you want something nourishing without feeling heavy.


🧺 Ingredients

Base

  • Ponzu salad mix

Vegetables

  • Blanched broccolini

Protein

  • Glazed salmon fillet

Toppings

  • Toasted almond slivers
  • Pickled onion
  • Jalapeños
  • Crunchy onions
  • Wasabi peas
  • Fresh coriander

Finish

  • Wasabi mayo or plain mayo

👨🍳 Method

  1. Add the ponzu salad mix to the base of your bowl.
  2. Top with blanched broccolini.
  3. Cook the glazed salmon until just cooked through and place on top.
  4. Sprinkle with almonds, pickled onion, jalapeños, crunchy onions, and wasabi peas.
  5. Finish with fresh coriander and drizzle with wasabi mayo or plain mayo.
