- Ponzu salad mix

- Blanched broccolini

- Glazed salmon fillet

- Pickled onion

Finish
- Wasabi mayo or plain mayo
👨🍳 Method
- Add the ponzu salad mix to the base of your bowl.
- Top with blanched broccolini.
- Cook the glazed salmon until just cooked through and place on top.
