🛒 Ingredients
Chicken
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cajun Spice Mix
- 1½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
🔥 Method

Prepare the chicken:
Pat chicken breasts dry and coat evenly with olive oil. -
Season:
Mix all Cajun spices in a small bowl and rub generously over both sides of the chicken. -
Grill:
Heat a grill pan or BBQ to medium-high. Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and lightly charred. -
Rest & serve:
Remove from heat and rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing.
